Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with the BOD, unit owners, residents, vendors and staff.
• Monitor portfolio properties to ensure compliance with company standards and coach managers.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with property managers.
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial health of the client.
• Provide financially sound recommendations on capital improvements and delinquencies.
• Oversee service contracts and major procurement processes for construction, maintenance and supplies.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of property managers.
• Provide guidance, leadership and coaching to property managers and direct reports.
• Communicate policy updates to clients and managers.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations and client documents.
• Provide performance evaluations and manage promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
