Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a District Manager to lead property managers, ensure client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across the portfolio. You will guide governance with Board of Directors and Developers, uphold KWPM standards, and support compliance and policy initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic problem solving, and mentorship, with extensive travel to properties within the Florida portfolio and interaction with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; strong managerial background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, financial statements/audits, blueprints, regulations or documents.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with BOD, unit owners, residents, vendors and staff.
• Monitor portfolio properties for compliance with company standards and coach managers.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with property managers.
• Monitor cash flow and financial health of clients.
• Provide recommendations on capital improvements and review delinquencies/collections.
