Job Description

About the Role: The Store Manager is a salaried leadership position responsible for overseeing store operations, coaching staff, managing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads all store activities and team development.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
2. Achieve sales goals through effective planning, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
3. Support staff in sales, operations, and guest service excellence.
4. Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
5. Control expenses and manage inventory effectively.
6. Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
7. Build and maintain customer relationships to promote loyalty.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail or sales environments.
• Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Additional Information

This role operates in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility in hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Compensation

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus incentives based on experience.
