Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• 2-4 years of professional engineering experience.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical systems and apply engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex programs and strategic initiatives involving electric utility infrastructure, system capacity, reliability, modernization, and long-term system needs.
• Develops program strategies, roadmaps, investment plans, and business cases translating engineering needs into executable projects.
• Manages program scope, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and performance.
• Leads cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement to resolve issues and advance program objectives.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to strengthen engineering judgment and program management practices.
