Exelon Corporation is seeking a Senior Engineer to independently perform technical tasks in planning, design, construction and maintenance of electric and gas infrastructure. You will analyze system performance, conduct studies, and support cost estimation and project execution.

You will work with operations, construction and external partners, participate in field inspections, and may work extended hours during storms or emergencies. A B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 2–4 years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
• General knowledge of regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods and practices for the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments under guidance of a senior engineer (collect data, perform analysis, present recommendations).
• Analyze power flows, perform complex engineering tests and interpret results.
• Direct engineering tasks on large or multiple small projects.
• Evaluate effectiveness of technical systems and participate on teams.
