Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager in travel technology or vendor management.
• Experience leading partner integration initiatives, API testing, and working with XML/JSON messaging.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders and define goals and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own partner onboarding, setup, and ongoing maintenance across Distribution systems and tools.
• Manage partner contracts and ensure alignment with distribution standards and rate parity.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external providers to resolve connectivity issues.
• Support regular account reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive new business development and opportunities with OTAs and tour operators.
