Job summary

Priceline is seeking a Market/Account Manager for hotels to build and expand hotel partnerships, optimize inventory, and drive revenue growth through data-driven negotiation and market analysis.

You will manage relationships, evaluate trends, and onboard new hotels while collaborating with internal teams. This hybrid role requires two in-office days and travel up to 30% to meet partners and attend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field.
• 4+ years sales experience, travel industry preferred.
• Proven ability to acquire and grow long-term customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven with good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow hotel supplier relationships to increase bookings and revenue.
• Evaluate market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities across portfolio.
• Review production with hotel accounts and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prioritize, plan, and implement to meet targets and goals.
• Onboard non-participating hotels with favorable terms.
• Train hotel partners on Priceline/Agoda systems and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute market strategies.
• Prepare materials for internal and external meetings.
• Represent Priceline/Agoda in markets and industry events.
