Morgan Stanley seeks a strategic leader to head Platform Growth & Distribution for the Investing with Impact team. This role drives scalable commercialization across advisor engagement, marketing alignment, training, and field execution.

The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial energy with collaboration, can align senior stakeholders, and will scale impact investing adoption across distribution channels while guiding a small team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, strategy, sustainability, distribution, or related fields.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability, impact investing, and purpose-driven work.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building and scaling strategic programs, commercialization models, engagement models, or operational processes.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• SIE, Series 7/66 preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for our patented Impact Reporting tool.
• Identify growth opportunities across the platform and support prioritization of strategic initiatives.
• Build strategic project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Improve internal processes for scalability, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead strategy for engaging key Financial Advisor teams and distribution partners on Investing with Impact.
• Develop executive-level presentations, strategic materials, and communications for leadership and field audiences.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies and messaging.
• Lead event planning for road shows and the annual in-person gathering for Impact Directors.
• Manage a small team.
• Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented team culture.
