BNY Investments in New York is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts to lead the Global Distribution team. You will drive asset growth across enterprise RIAs and Pershing broker-dealers, win mandates, and structure differentiated commercial arrangements while collaborating with field distribution and home office partners.

The role requires navigating complex organizations, expanding share of wallet, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes in the U.S. wealth market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading commercial growth in U.S. intermediary markets.
• Ability to engage senior decisionmakers and convert relationships to assets.
• Experience structuring customized commercial arrangements to win opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, legal, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own asset growth across enterprise RIAs and Pershing broker-dealers.
• Win mandates and drive asset growth through discretionary channels.
• Drive pipeline, competitive positioning, and outcomes to meet revenue targets.
• Position enterprise solutions to differentiate and connect client priorities to cross‑business capabilities.
• Partner with field distribution to expand flows and convert advisor relationships into asset growth.
• Negotiate creative commercial terms to improve win probability and client value.
• Lead as a senior client leader with home office executives and senior stakeholders.
• Mobilize product, legal, compliance, operations, service, and distribution to accelerate execution.
