Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency with Excel and warehouse reporting tools.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Maintain IMS accuracy and perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Manage Min/Max levels to prevent stockouts and excessive inventory.
Lead warehouse staff, assign workloads, and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.
