Job summary

Vortex Doors is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and drive efficiency. The role leads a warehouse team, ensures safety standards, and implements process improvements to support business goals.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts, while coordinating with purchasing and logistics to maintain seamless inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong experience with Inventory Management Systems (ERP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Proven experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient storage and handling of products.
• Provide same-day fulfillment from Service Centers to avoid delays.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless inventory flow.
