Job summary

Fasnap-Corp is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee all distribution operations and inventory control across multiple warehouses. The role focuses on WWMS, shipping, receiving, FIFO, and KPI attainment to drive on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with executives to set distribution goals, analyze data, and implement improvements while ensuring a safe workplace and strong team performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
• APICS CSCP or CPSM certification preferred.
• Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt or lean training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of distribution leadership experience.
• ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations at all distribution centers.
• Collaborate with executive management to set distribution and inventory KPI goals.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate risks in distribution.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work with Safety Manager to maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and cross-train staff to build a capable team.
• Manage freight and logistics scheduling as needed.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are inspected and approved.
• Oversee inventory transfers between centers.
• Review WWMS settings to optimize distribution performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
