Job summary

Fasnap Corp. in Indiana seeks a Distribution Manager to lead all distribution operations across multiple warehouses.

You will oversee the warehouse management system, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and KPI delivery to ensure on-time customer shipments and cost efficiency. The role requires 3–5 years of distribution leadership, ERP experience, and a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with CSCP or CPSM and Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of distribution leadership or supervisory experience.
• ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and warehouse associates at all distribution centers.
• Collaborate with executive management to establish distribution and inventory KPIs.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to distribution and inventory control.
• Improve efficiency, reduce errors and costs through process improvements.
• Ensure safety and training of staff; coordinate with Safety Manager.
• Manage shipments, inbound/outbound, and cycle-count accuracy.
