Job summary

Fasnap Corporation is hiring a Distribution Manager to oversee warehouse operations and inventory across multiple distribution centers. The role focuses on WWMS management, shipping, receiving, FIFO inventory rotation, and KPI achievement to improve efficiency and customer on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has ERP experience, 3–5 years in distribution leadership, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive cost reductions and safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (preferred).
• APICS CSCP or ISM CPSM (preferred).
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, or lean training (preferred).
• ERP experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of distribution or distribution leadership/supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and distribution centers.
• Collaborate with executive management to set KPI targets.
• Manage WWMS settings and throughput to optimize performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence.
• Coordinate freight/logistics and outbound/inbound shipments.
• Drive process improvements to reduce errors and costs.
• Maintain budget and safety standards across warehouses.
