Job summary

Fasnap-Corp is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead distribution operations at the Elkhart, IN location. This hands-on role focuses on safe, efficient inventory control, WWMS/ERP optimization, and cross-functional support for Sales and Customer Service.

The position requires 2–3 years of distribution leadership, strong coaching skills, and experience with ERP/Shipping software. Candidates should be able to manage shipping/receiving, labeling, and local deliveries while promoting LEAN

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• ERP, Transportation Management or Shipping Software experience (required).
• Associates Degree or higher (preferred).
• LEAN or Six Sigma training (preferred).
• OSHA 10 Hour training (obtainment required within 1 year).
• First Aid or First Responder training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution operations and KPI attainment.
• Coach and train staff; manage direct/indirect reports.
• Update and implement work instructions per the QMS.
• Optimize WWMS and ERP settings for shipping, receiving and replenishment.
• Train on safe equipment operation and enforcement of safety practices.
• Maintain organized storage areas and LEAN improvements.
• Support inventory knowledge, labeling and packing requirements.
• Coordinate local delivery schedules and fleet movements.
• Suggest continuous improvement to management.
• Perform related duties as needed.
