Job summary

Fasnap Corp. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Indiana to oversee DC staff and warehouse operations. The role ensures safe, efficient handling of inventory, shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, optimize WWMS and ERP settings, and support cross-departmental needs. Candidates should have distribution experience and leadership ability, with Lean or Six Sigma training preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of distribution-related experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• ISO-9001 or similar Quality Management System experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot facility or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• LEAN or Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution operations to meet KPIs.
• Provide coaching, training, and cross-training; manage direct and indirect reports.
• Create and implement work instructions per the Quality Management System.
• Review and optimize WWMS and ERP settings for distribution performance.
• Train and supervise safe use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Maintain storage areas and apply LEAN warehousing principles.
• Assist with inventory management and labeling/packaging requirements.
• Oversee delivery schedules and local shipments as applicable.
• Support facilities management and equipment repair as needed.
