Southern Home Services in Leesburg, VA, is seeking a Dispatcher to join a high-performance team where dispatching is strategic, competitive, and revenue-driven. This role focuses on judgment, influence, and hospitality beyond basic scheduling.

The position requires in-office work, a mid-shift 12pm-8:30pm schedule, and a strong ability to read customers, deploy the right technician, and drive outcomes with a service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Service Titan experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong focus on results and hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• In-office role in Leesburg area.

Responsabilités

• Take warm handoffs from call center and deploy the right technician with intent.
• Read calls, understand customers, and match the job to the technician based on skills and strengths.
• Dispatch to drive results, not just fill slots.
• Schedule: mid-morning shift 12pm-8:30pm with alternating weekend schedule.
