Job summary

ADUSA Transportation is seeking a dispatcher to manage and direct drivers, coordinate goods flow, and optimize routing for efficient, safe deliveries to retail stores. You will serve customers, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support daily dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and have a basic PC/data-entry skill set. This is an on-site role with standard warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Able to meet production standards set by the company.
• Able to use a personal computer for data entry and research.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate delivery schedules with stores.
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Assist drivers and manage salvage pick-ups when needed.
• Coordinate with multiple units to balance daily workloads and backhauls.
• Communicate with outside customers for scheduling and coordination.
