• Bachelor’s degree in human services or business preferred.
• Minimum of five years of management experience.
• Demonstrated program development and implementation experience.
• Grants management and reporting experience
• Non-profit sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workforce and Human Services division to advance equity in vocational training and employment.
• Develop partnerships with government agencies, nonprofits, educational institutions, and employers.
• Provide management and supervision of staff at the Winchester Resource Center.
• Oversee reporting, quality reviews, and audits using defined criteria.
• Represent Horizon Goodwill Industries in inter-agency and community activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and funding requirements.
