Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or business preferred.
• Minimum five years of management experience in a related field.
• Experience in program development and grants management.
• Non-profit sector experience preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee workforce development and human services programs.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop funding resources for sustainability and expansion.
• Implement KPI-based impact and outcomes measurement system.
• Prepare reports, quality reviews, and audits of programs and staff.
• Represent Horizon Goodwill in inter-agency and community activities; travel as needed.
