Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a quantitative or operational field.
• 12+ years in workforce management, resource planning, analytics, or related areas.
• 8+ years leading multiple teams or managers.

Responsibilities

• Establish multi-year strategy and annual operating plan for resource planning and analytics.
• Lead Directors and managers; develop succession and accountability.
• Set forecasting strategy for short-, medium-, and long-range demand and capacity.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling standards, and capacity management aligned to budgets.
• Direct enterprise analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
