Job summary

The leader will guide Directors and managers, align workforce strategy across business units, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive sustained business results.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a multi-year strategy and annual operating plan for resource planning and analytics.
• Lead Directors and managers of Workforce Management and Operations Analytics; foster accountability and improvement.
• Set integrated forecasting strategy for short-, mid-, and long-range demand and capacity planning; ensure transparent methodologies.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing strategies, skills planning, and capacity management to align supply with demand and budget expectations.
• Oversee intraday resource optimization across channels and offline work, adjusting to demand, backlog, and performance risks.
• Sponsor executive dashboards, scorecards, and narratives translating complex data into concise, decision-ready recommendations with financial impact.
