Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a senior leader to design and manage value-based programs and contracts across government lines of business. You will own the VBP/VBC strategy, partner with health plans and risk adjustment leaders, and drive performance and compliance in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managed care with value-based programs (VBP) experience
• 3+ years in management/leadership roles
• Experience designing and implementing value-based contracts for Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace
• Experience in government-sponsored programs and risk revenue management
• Knowledge of VBP, risk adjustment models, and quality metrics (HEDIS, STARS)
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to executives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software

Responsibilities

• Design and implement value-based strategies and contracts by state and line of business
• Lead and manage the VBP program team and annual plans
• Identify providers for value-based contracts and develop contract terms and targets
• Collaborate with risk adjustment to align contracting with needs assessment
• Develop dashboards to monitor VBP/VBC performance across states
• Present performance to senior leadership and oversee contract governance
• Hire, train, and develop team members and foster collaboration
