Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in network contracting with large provider groups in managed care.
• Experience negotiating diverse provider contracts (physician, hospital, multispecialty).
• Strong data-driven, regulatory aware decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with complex provider groups to secure high quality, cost-effective plan providers.
• Manage large contracts and value-based payment models; support JOCs and oversight.
• Analyze financial impact and prepare justification for executive approvals.
• Develop and maintain provider contracts in contract management software.
• Engage providers to renegotiate rates and terms; support cost-control strategies.
• Educate internal customers on contract terms and reimbursement structures.
• Travel regularly across designated regions to meet contracting targets.
