Qualifications

• Direct experience designing and implementing value-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the value-based programs (VBP) and contracts annual plan by state and line of business.
• Develop and implement value-based strategies across government-sponsored lines.
• Design metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with health plans, risk adjustment, and providers to negotiate terms and targets.
