Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience in career services, HR, recruiting, or related field.
• Experience supervising professional staff.
• Strong history working with undergraduate students on career development.
• Desire to be part of a large, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for undergraduate career services; align with USC Marshall's goals.
• Evolve the program; set annual goals; stay updated on student and employer trends.
• Deploy resources to integrate career services across student experiences and scale impact.
• Directly supervise two senior associate directors and a team of 8+ staff; oversee hiring, training, evaluation.
• Manage $350,000+ annual budget; grow self-generated revenue; oversee funding sources.
• Assess impact of AI on student and team experience; decide on vendor/software adoption.
• Expand relationships with employers to increase internship and full-time opportunities.
• Monitor outcomes for international students and opportunities abroad.
• Liaise with staff, faculty, donors, parents, and other university offices; support cross-unit collaborations.
