Job summary

The role reports to the Associate Dean and Director of Marshall Career Services, guiding strategic vision, resources, and partnerships to expand internship and full-time opportunities while monitoring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience in career services, HR, or related field.
• Experience supervising professional staff.
• Experience working with undergraduate students on career development.
• Ability to work in a large, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for undergraduate career services.
• Supervise two senior associate directors and a team of 8+ staff.
• Oversee $350,000+ annual budget; manage revenue and funding.
• Expand employer partnerships and internship/full-time opportunities.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor student outcomes and adapt services.
