Job summary

Oakland Community Health Network seeks a Deputy Director of Integrated Care to lead integration initiatives and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. You will supervise staff, analyze data, and collaborate with partners to advance organizational priorities.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field and Michigan licensure or eligibility, with experience in program leadership, contracts, and quality improvement. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Licensure in Michigan (Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counselor) required or clearly disclosed.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in health care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated care initiatives aligning with organizational and contract objectives.
• Supervise and coach the Manager of Integrated Healthcare and other staff.
• Represent OCHN in healthcare integration committees and partnerships.
• Negotiate and monitor integrated care contracts, grants, and related funding.
• Develop and evaluate protocols, workflows, and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate with providers and stakeholders on training and workforce development.
• Evaluate provider performance and compliance; recommend actions based on outcomes.
• Analyze clinical, quality, utilization data to inform decisions and strategy.
• Address provider and system-level issues impacting integrated care.
• Coordinate across departments on local, state, and federal initiatives.
