Job summary

EagleBank, a values-driven financial institution in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a Director of Total Rewards to partner with senior leadership and the Board. You will design and drive a data‑driven Total Rewards strategy that reinforces our mission and supports a high‑performance culture through compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.

You will oversee plan development, compliance, and administration, including self-insured health benefits, executive compensation, and other programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10 years in Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and Payroll.
• 5 years in a leadership role.
• 5 years in a publicly traded company with executive compensation and equity programs.
• 5 years regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with payroll processing, taxation, and benefits.
• Knowledge of 401(k) design, funding, administration, and reporting.
• Ability to use market survey data to develop cost-effective compensation solutions.
• Strong HRIS knowledge; ADP preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large data manipulation.
• Understanding of self-funded plans is desired.
• Strong business math skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a data-driven Total Rewards strategy.
• Lead compensation and benefit plan development and administration.
• Provide consultative guidance on compensation practices to management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for compensation, payroll, and benefits.
