Job summary

Bancroft in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Sr Director, Total Rewards to lead benefits, compensation, HRIS, performance management and vendor management across the enterprise. Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in a managerial role.
• At least 5 years of Total Rewards experience, specifically with self-insured plans.
• Experience with contract negotiation and benefits program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Bancroft's business strategy.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership on HR policies and procedures.
• Report to the Benefits Administration Committee or Finance Committee of the board for updates (if applicable).
• Oversee enterprise compensation programs to ensure fair, equitable, and competitive practices.
• Oversee and administer Health & Welfare programs, ensuring non-discriminatory practices, while providing employee value.
• Oversee leave administration and RTW program.
• Negotiate contracts with various insurance carriers to obtain cost-effective coverage.
• Ensure best practices are upheld throughout Total Rewards processes.
• Oversee HRIS and data integrity practices for the HR department.
• Provide recommendations with IT for HR IT systems and support.
• Oversee and administer the employee recognition program and platform.
• Provide input for enterprise ad-hoc assignments.
