Qualifications

• Seven years in education, counseling, or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience supervising managers and developing high-performing teams.

• Ability to set direction, manage budgets, and measure outcomes.
• Knowledge of college student success strategies, coaching, mentoring, retention.
• Proven ability to secure partnerships and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and priorities for student success programs aligned with goals.
• Design, improve programs using data, needs, and performance metrics.
• Oversee budget, grant compliance, and program reporting.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Cultivate relationships with higher education, partners, and funders.
• Monitor outcomes, ensure high-quality delivery and program evaluation.
