Job summary

College Now is seeking a Senior Director of Success Programs and Services to lead a $1M+ portfolio focused on student success. You will design programs, manage staff, and drive outcomes while collaborating with partners and funders.

The role reports to the Chief Success Officer and requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making. The position offers full-time hours, hybrid work flexibility between the downtown office and partner sites, and a salary range of $80,000–$95,000 depending

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in education, nonprofit leadership, or similar roles.
• Experience supervising managers and grant-funded programs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for student success programs aligned with goals.
• Design and improve programs using data and evidence-based practices.
• Lead program logic models, curricula, and implementation plans.
• Support grant writing and proposals with partners.
• Oversee program quality and staff development.
• Monitor KPIs on engagement, persistence, and outcomes.
• Develop and manage budgets with finance partners.
• Maintain relationships with higher ed institutions and funders.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning.
• Ensure project outcomes are measured and reported.
