KIPP Texas Public Schools seeks a Director of Student Health Services to lead strategic direction and implementation of health programs across campuses. The role partners with regional and school leaders to ensure high-quality health services and improved student outcomes, focusing on compliance, data, and continuous program enhancement.

The position requires RN licensure, a Master’s degree preferred, and substantial leadership experience, with travel across KIPP Texas cities.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Master's Degree in a related education field preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience, including at least three years of direct people management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with school nursing platforms (Skyward, ImmTrac) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead collaborative departmental meetings supporting strategic initiatives.
• Routinely evaluate the KTX Student Health program against annual targets.
• Ensure quality programming and adherence to state health information privacy requirements.
• Manage the Student Health budget and lead staffing for district and campus health programs.
• Coordinate professional learning for school teams and engage with external partners to optimize systems.
