Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Director of Student Health Services to lead the program strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of health services across the district. This senior role partners with regional and school leaders to ensure high-quality care and compliance with state health requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in school health settings, improve student health outcomes, and drive collaborative initiatives with internal teams

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in education/health field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 3+ years managing staff.
• Experience with school health services or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for School Health Services across the district.
• Oversee compliance with state health information and reporting requirements.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for the School Health Services team.
• Lead hiring for district and campus health staff.
• Collaborate with external partners to improve health programming across campuses.
