The role collaborates with regional leaders, school-based health teams, and external partners to implement strategic health initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with 5 years of patient care, with leadership experience and a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Master’s Degree in a related education field preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Skyward, ImmTrac preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and program management for School Health Services.
• Provide operational leadership and ensure compliance with state health information laws.
• Coordinate professional learning and engage external partners to optimize health programs.
• Travel between campuses as needed and supervise health staff across multiple sites.
• Manage budget and lead hiring for district and campus health staff.
