The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in the Space or Aerospace sectors. The position requires excellent leadership and analytical skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

This hybrid role offers a salary range of $225,000.00 - $325,000.00 annually and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or market analysis.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with responsibility for people leadership.
• Strong background in Space, Defense, or Aerospace sectors.
