Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment in Denver seeks a seasoned Social Media & Digital Content Director to lead the Nuggets Digital team. Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in field or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in content capture and social media publishing.
• 4+ years of experience in managing a social media content team.
• Experience in basketball, professional sports, and/or a major sports brand.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience with all major social media platforms, including emerging channels.
• Experience and knowledge of reporting and management software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive social media and digital content strategies to grow brand awareness and fan engagement.
• Direct planning, development and distribution of platform-specific content across Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Maintain an authentic brand voice across all platforms in line with the Nuggets identity and standards.
• Lead strategies to strengthen relationships with fans and expand audience reach.
• Monitor trends and platform developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improved content performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sponsorships, Ticket Sales, Community Relations, Retail and Youth Basketball to create integrated campaigns.
• Oversee content calendars, publishing strategies and team workflows to ensure timely, high-quality content.
