Job summary

The Denver Nuggets, part of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Content Director to lead the team responsible for the franchise’s voice across social and digital platforms in Denver.

You will shape content strategies for games, players, and community initiatives, manage a talented team, collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sponsorships and other departments, and ensure content aligns with brand standards and NBA regulations while driving fan

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field is required.
• 6+ years in content capture and social media publishing.
• 4+ years leading a social media content team.
• Experience with basketball or major sports brand preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in branded content strategy and platforms.
• Skilled in analytics, reporting, and content creation tools.
• Collaborates with creators, producers, and publishers.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media and digital content strategy for Nuggets.
• Direct planning, development, and distribution of platform-specific content.
• Maintain authentic brand voice across platforms.
• Drive fan engagement and community growth.
• Monitor trends and innovate content performance.

• Oversee content calendars and workflows.
