Job summary

Providence School District is seeking a Senior Director of School Operations and Student Support to work with the Chief Operating Officer on enrollment projections, capital planning, and district-wide operational improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with ambiguity.
• Strong planning, collaboration and resource management.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated commitment to urban K-12 education.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment projections and capacity planning for the district.
• Coordinate with Skyward, Data, Teaching & Learning, Student Supports and Guidance.
• Supports registration and enrollment processes with data insights.
• Monitoring enrollment to identify schools/grades with high/low utilization.
• Support annual lottery and budget-related projections with finance.
• Provide recommendations to Senior Leadership on capacity decisions.
