Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 8+ years of Risk Management, Audit or Process Quality experience.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Empower and lead a high-performing team of risk professionals with strategic direction.
• Manage complex, cross functional projects and governance aligned to risk processes.
• Build a detailed Roadmap and implement governance and tools for projects.
• Champion rigorous documentation to mitigate delivery risk and align milestones.
• Advance reporting and monitoring with AI and data-driven insights.
• Leverage GRC enhancements and cross-functional partnerships to drive delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships and partner cross-functionally with Stakeholders, and other projects and programs, to provide strategic thought partnership to effectively drive delivery
