Job summary

Motion Recruitment is assisting a global bank in Tampa, Florida seeking a Change Management Lead to join a contract engagement with a high probability of extension. The role requires a hybrid schedule with three days on-site per week and a focus on regulatory reporting in capital markets.

You will lead programs across business management, middle office, compliance, legal and technology, manage stakeholders, and mentor project teams to deliver change initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8-10 years financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products including cash securities, ETFs or derivatives.
• Familiar with regulatory reporting regulations (CFTC, SEC, CSA, CAT, EMIR, SFTR, MiFID II/MiFIR).
• Experience consulting with project stakeholders and facilitating compromises.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Preference for Management Consulting experience.
• Proficient with MS Office including Visio and Project.
• Experience in implementing projects and process change.
• Experience leading initiatives across business management, middle office, compliance, legal and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory reporting projects aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead impact assessments, gap analyses, and implementation plans for upcoming regulations.
• Implement change management strategies for non-financial regulatory reporting with stakeholder engagement and training.
• Lead project teams of managers and analysts, providing mentorship.
• Collaborate across Operations, Middle Office, Front Office, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance to drive policy, process, and technology changes.
• Coordinate with Business Execution and Transformation teams on program oversight and reporting.
• Facilitate governance of programs and steering committees to align priorities.
• Identify project risks and manage to resolution or escalation.
• Ensure delivery meets requirements on time and within budget, minimizing penalties and reputational risk.
• Support senior management in external engagements with key industry groups.
