Capital One seeks a Business Director for the PULSE ATM Experience to shape the strategic roadmap for ATM products and elevate the global cardholder experience. You will establish proactive procedures, governance, and monitoring to ensure seamless issue remediation while aligning priorities across functions.

You will drive leadership, analytics, and multi-project execution, partnering with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead data modeling/analytics.
• Lead marketing efforts for direct-to-consumer channels and inform new customer experiences.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
