Job summary

Capital One’s PULSE ATM Experience team seeks a Business Director to shape the strategic roadmap for ATM products and elevate the cardholder experience globally. You will drive governance, operational procedures, and data-driven insights to optimize the ATM locator and product strategy.

You will mentor analysts, lead pricing and product initiatives, and collaborate across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver sustainable growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• Lead product pricing strategies and data modeling/analytics.
