Job summary

Capital One seeks a Business Director for the PULSE ATM Experience to shape the strategic roadmap for ATM products and enhance the global cardholder experience. You will establish proactive procedures, governance, and monitoring to ensure seamless issue remediation, while collaborating across functions to align priorities and optimize the ATM locator experience.

You will employ analytics-driven decision making, manage portfolios, and drive growth, risk management, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 4 years quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years people management experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead analysts; coach and mentor associates to develop talent at Capital One.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product level data modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by building models and monitoring performance.
• Manage delivery of business intent and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality and profitability.
• Apply analytics to strategic decision making and guidance.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
