Capital One, within the PULSE team of the Global Payments Network, seeks a Business Director to define strategic roadmaps for ATM products, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance, develop pricing strategies, model risk, and deliver growth through data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years in quantitative analysis.
• At least 4 years in qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage amid evolving demands.
• Lead and mentor analysts to retain talent and enhance capabilities across the team.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead data modeling/analytics.
• Direct direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences and go-to-market plans.
• Drive credit risk improvements by linking drivers of future trends to historical data and testing hypotheses.
