Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management and job-related experience in a physician practice or ambulatory care setting within a hospital system.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development, operational oversight, and financial performance of assigned practices within the medical group.
• Partner with physician leaders in a dyad to align with Augusta Health’s mission and goals.
• Ensure optimal patient access, provider engagement, and practice efficiency while driving service line growth and financial sustainability.
• Foster a collaborative environment and coach/mentor staff to achieve performance targets.
