You will oversee budget, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance while ensuring after-hours availability as needed. The position requires a Master's in Nursing or healthcare field, 3+ years in healthcare and leadership, and an RN license (Virginia or compact).

Qualifications

• Master’s in nursing or healthcare-related field required.
• Active RN license in Virginia or Compact state.
• 3+ years in healthcare leadership roles.
• 3+ years in leadership or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across service area and set growth of service lines.
• Lead development of programs and physician relationships; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Budget preparation and profitability oversight for Surgical & Procedural Services.
• Collaborate with senior admins to distinguish services for patients and physicians.
