As a member of the management team responsible for the Primary Care Service line, reports to the Administrative Director of Primary Care and Public Health. This role is responsible for the strategic development, operational oversight, and financial performance of assigned practices within the medical group. In a dyad partnership with physician leaders, the Director ensures seamless, high-quality care while aligning with Augusta Health’s mission, vision, and goals.
The Director is responsible for ensuring optimal patient access, provider engagement, and practice efficiency, while driving service line growth and financial sustainability. This role fosters a collaborative, team-oriented environment, ensuring alignment with corporate values, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.
