Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Director of Physician & Provider Relations to lead multi-state outreach, provider engagement, and referral growth. The role partners with leadership to expand ABA services, manage field teams, and drive market development across NC, AZ, MD, and NJ.

The candidate should have a strong track record in healthcare outreach, relationship building, and strategic leadership, with travel between markets and on-site requirements in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience coordinating multi-state outreach or business development preferred.
• Ability to build provider referral networks and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider outreach strategy and referral development across multiple states, including new openings and expansion.
• Develop territory plans to maximize referral growth and market penetration.
• Establish outreach standards and processes for consistency across markets.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and community engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market priorities.
• Manage field teams, performance, and development.
• Monitor outreach KPIs and CRM data to optimize results.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, travel, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and marketing standards.
