Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based programming for children with autism.

You will mentor staff, oversee data-driven clinical practice, and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director to align services with family needs, while supporting a growing network of NJ centers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and LBA license in Maryland.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience with staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership and supervision of clinical team.
• Oversee ABA programming development and fidelity across the center.
• Review and analyze clinical data to drive improvement.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs with coaching and feedback.
